Rising Lotus Resonance Session — 90 Minutes
Intergrative Massage • Gentle Tok Sen • Chakra Singing Bowls
This 90-minute session is designed to address muscle soreness, tension, and physical fatigue while supporting nervous-system regulation and overall recovery. Therapeutic clinical and Thai massage techniques are used to target areas of tightness, restricted movement, and overuse, with pressure and pacing adapted to the body’s response.
Gentle Tok Sen is incorporated as a rhythmic vibration technique to help reduce muscular guarding, improve circulation, and support tissue relaxation without aggressive force. This method is especially effective for stubborn tension and sensitive or chronically sore areas.
Chakra singing bowls are used to promote relaxation and down-regulation of the nervous system, supporting the body’s ability to rest and integrate the physical work. The sound component complements the massage by encouraging a calmer physiological state, which can enhance overall treatment outcomes.
This session is well suited for individuals experiencing soreness related to physical work, exercise, stress, or repetitive movement patterns. The focus remains on functional relief, comfort, and measurable improvement in how the body feels and moves.
Appropriate for:
• General muscle soreness and tightness
• Neck, shoulder, hip, and low-back tension
• Physically demanding or repetitive activities
• Stress-related muscular holding
Rising Lotus Resonance Ritual — 120 Minutes
Somatic Massage • Gentle Tok Sen • Thai Herbal Hot Compress • Chi Nei Tsang • Chakra Singing Bowls
The Rising Lotus Resonance Ritual is a deeply immersive, two-hour bodywork experience designed to support profound relaxation, nervous-system regulation, and whole-body integration.
This session begins by gently grounding the body through slow, intentional massage, allowing the nervous system to settle and the tissues to soften. Warm Thai herbal compresses are then applied to encourage circulation, ease muscular tension, and invite the body into a state of deep receptivity. The soothing heat and aromatic herbs support both physical relaxation and subtle energetic release.
Gentle Tok Sen is woven throughout the session, using rhythmic vibration to help melt stubborn tension, stimulate energy pathways, and create a sense of rhythmic calm without force or intensity. The tapping is light, steady, and intentionally paced, honoring the body’s need for safety and consent.
As the body settles, Chi Nei Tsang–inspired abdominal work is offered with mindfulness and care, supporting digestion, breath awareness, and the release of held tension in the core. This work is approached slowly and respectfully, recognizing the abdomen as both a physical and emotional center of the body.
Throughout the session, chakra singing bowls are played on and around the body, creating resonant vibrations that quiet the mind and support deep rest. The sound serves as a gentle anchor, helping integrate the physical work and guiding the nervous system into a parasympathetic state.
This ritual is ideal for those experiencing chronic stress, emotional overwhelm, physical holding patterns, or simply a desire to reconnect more fully with their body. Each session is uniquely tailored, trauma-informed, and guided by the body’s cues, allowing space for rest, release, and renewal.
Best suited for:
• Chronic stress or burnout
• Nervous-system dysregulation
• Digestive tension or shallow breathing
• Emotional holding in the body
• Clients seeking a deeply restorative, ceremonial experience
